The British-Iranian mother has been held in an Iranian prison since 2016 after being convicted of spying. The Iranian authorities have no evidence to support this claim. Amnesty have been calling for her release with various petitions, calls to the UK and Iranian governments and vigils outside the Iranian embassy in London.
I designed a giant Mother's Day card which was signed by 20,000 Amnesty supporters. The card was hand-delivered to the Iranian embassy on Mother's Day by Nazanin's husband, and created much media interest.
